went to state website, said checks started being sent out on December 15th

Has anybody out there seen the check yet, or is it "in the mail" ?
I heard if you haven’t received it yet then you are not getting it at all this year.
Something about the fiscal forfeiture law? If the program runs out of money or something that’s it because star is a gift of the state.

I remember reading somewhere that NYS will pay interest if the check comes late ! I can use that money to pay for my plastic bags in the supermarket.
