Let’s get a pool going. What’s the over/under?

I say $580k Whoever gets closest doesn't have to get their taxes reassessed.

This one is south of Sunrise, but looks decent enough for the price. I wonder what the catch is...

Maybe the smaller lot? Not sure but seems like a good price.

Housing market should cool a bit if the expected interest rates go up in the near future.

Look at the house on Google. It looks like a Gilligan's Island hut.

You would think. The same way one would assume a cooling market after Trump's tax increase DURING an impending reassessment process. Yet here we are.

And, being on the west side of Willow St means it backs up on commercial property on Wantagh Avenue. There's at least one bar in that area.

That should be seen as a bonus for someone young and single. Entertainment close by and no need to drive drunk.

In RVC maybe. Not in Wantagh, for (according to some here) >$600K.

There is better to be had than Gilligan's hut on a crap lot backed up to Grandma's Candy Store off cruddy Wantagh Ave at that price point.
