What is more important down payment or credit score?

I did not know that. But anyway he still had at least 750 credit score at that time even though unemployed for 4 months. Honestly they shouldn't even give any type of loans to people with poor credit JMO.

Enough down and a high enough interest rate and it’s worth the risk, especially for something that can be repossessed.

one things for sure we don't have any problem paying our bills. My husband has always made sure that doesn't happen. Plus like some people we aren't up to our ass is major debt.
