That would be something to see them giant dump trucks hauling around 80
at 3~4am get stopped. They like to pass on the right side for some reason.

Another truck is the Gershow truck. That thing is all beat up and scary.
Especially with the "Not responsible for broken windshields" sign on the back.

The truck reminds me of Dennis Weavers Duel movie.

At 2:30 or 3AM on my way home from work I aint breaking 60.
Im a sitting duck for Mr. Po-Po.
And yet, a few peckerheads still roar past me with not a worry in the world.

I never see them pulled over. I see the cops. I know all the hiding spots.
Ive had to speed up to pass to get out of the way of some stupid jackass many times and actually hit 75-78 to move over and they just blast past me. Easy 85. Never see them get busted.
Doesn't matter what lane. Just full of jackasses.
All I want to do is hit cruise control and lay back and I just can't.
LIE is definitely the worst. Nothing but animals.
I avoid parkways. Just don't like them.
What are the cops doing, counting their money?

Hopefully catching criminals, although I generally see a lot of police activity on the highways too.

I see them sitting in their stealth vehicles. The white ones with the white writing on them that you can barely tell it says Suffolk County PD on them.
They're usually just sitting there on their phone or the comouter thingy.
Like sharks. You dont always see them but you know they are there and could attack. Or not.

Just have to keep it a safe limit when passing any blue or white late model Ford Explorer or Taurus.

After that, hit the gas

I got a ticket in 1995 on the NSP doing 68 in the left lane and I wasn't even keeping pace with the car ahead of me.
