My route up to Glen Cove (from North Wantagh) is Wantagh Parkway->Northern State->Post Ave->Wolver Hollow Rd->Chicken Valley Rd->Brookville Ln->Frost Pond Rd and you can get to Oyster Bay nearly the same way. It's a great drive as long as you don't have anywhere to be, all of those roads are very scenic. Nothing but farms, mansions and woods the whole way.
