They seem to be doing ok by me, tear downs selling for 1mm, capes ripped to the studs full second level added selling for 725k, Capes not expanded just made all pretty inside selling for 615k. All these homes are being purchased for 400-450k and sit on 6k sq ft lots. Only one I see not selling is the nut jobs asking 735k for a 1350sq ft cape.

I wonder if that guy Izzy from Flip or Flop is still available. He could do a complete bathroom remodel for $2K.
