After one damaged car has been parked for three days in a residential area, almost 250 ft away from their workshop, another damaged one meant for bodybuilding/repair is parked in front of my house in Elmont, NY thus leaving no space, except on the driveway, for parking either of our cars on the street for a while.
Comments and suggestions are invited and will be appreciated on whether such parking is appropriate from the body shop management.
Thank you.
If the vehicles are "legal" and there are no posted parking rules, then it's fair game.
Vehicles need to be street worthy. Can be left out on jacks or with the nose removed etc..must be registered with plates on the vehicle.
Next time don't move to the city.
I would call one of the junk cars for cash places. Tell them it was a project car of your late husband and has no papers. They will tow it.
Disclaimer: although this will work it is illegal and take this suggestion as a joke.
