There is a legendary hamburger joint across the street, just west of the Colliseum.
Has a big yellow "M" on the building.

Borelli's is the closets. I disagree that Boelli's is bad. That sounds like a food snob response. The place is a solid typical long island italian joint. I would rank it a B+ or A-. Doesn't knock your socks off but rarely disappoints. This place will probably be packed though because other people in the area know it is near by.

Bacci is further away but always good. Although the food is good, the service can get slow sometimes. Still a great option though.

I believe someone else reccomended Jake's Steak house, I haven't been there but heard it is good and a tad bit pricey.

You can also go to Major Steak House which is a bit father but still a 10 minute ride from coliseum.

Congrats on the graduation! Enjoy the day!

I was literally at Borreli's over the weekend. First time I was there in about 6 months. Place was typical. Everything was good. Sure the calamari was bit dry for my tasting but I would never go online and rip someones entire business over some dry calamari. The meal was good and the service was great.. Couldn't complain. I feel like some people join the forums just to complain... Now I remember why I stopped posting so much last year.. I might be starting a hiatus again.. So much negativity.

Borelli’s is good. We go a couple times a year. Calamari was not good but, the seafood dishes were very good and the pasta is fresh.

Iím not a big calamari eater so maybe thatís why Iíve never had a complaint. Always liked their pizzas and their chicken parm was consistently good. I personally prefer La Parma (II - near Huntington) so canít comment on the one closer by in Williston Park.
