Heck with a mall, how about a giant indoor ski mountain. Come on LI, think outside the box when building boondoggles.

Level all the housing in SW Nassau.
Turn it all back into nature preserves and open space.
Send all the people from Queens back to Queens.
Build a wall at the Queens/Nassau border.
Bring Publix to the island.
Forcibly remove all current politicians.
Build a mega Disney World in central Nassau.
Turn Pilgrim State into a national historical site open to the public.
Build a Disney World.
Re-introduce bears, wolves, mountain lions, and rattlesnakes.
Create heated lakes, ponds, and swamps and introduce alligators to LI.
Build a Disney World.
