Of course not, there will be a sewer line run just for them. It’s everyone else that needs to pay the pooper.

Malls are something of the past, most can't compete with Amazon or Walmart.

Seems like a waste of time and money for a concept that has become outdated.

Yeah, this makes no sense at all and Walt Whitman Mall is right down the road. Terrible location for a mall, traffic-wise.

At this point in time, malls can only exist (especially new ones built with today's costs) as entertainment and dining venues first, with shopping secondary. I don't know anything about this particular proposal, but if the people proposing this are smart, it will be heavy on the former.
