Speak with a lawyer.
Basically if you're gonna fight this you are going to court with the cards stacked way against you.

It's your word against some over paid donut eating skell with a badge.

your record may help get it lowered to a lessor violation . in many cases a clean record means you just weren't caught doing the things you do , self included . .

but when it is a situation where the cop claims you did something and there is no proof he is wrong , good luck with that .

Rolling stop? Or an actual stop? What time was it? Where was the cop when you "stopped" at stop sign?

You mean to tell me you came to a complete stop and a cop decided just to pick you for a ticket?

Fight it... the cop might not show and it could get dismissed for lack of prosecution.

Yes. It was a full stop & yes cop do & have pulled ppl over simply to full quotas. Just bc someone is a cop doesnt mean they are honest

Just bc he is a cop doesnt mean his word is right...
