The bottom line, if you were 6'5', 275 pounds, you would go over there and immediately clear up the issue. Maybe you are??!! Its unfortunate that the world still has bully's in 2018.
I would buy a junk vehicle for $500 and park it in front of their house, and make sure you have good camera angles.

In the old days, things were settled like men; with honor.
Now, 2 things would happen. You would get shot or stabbed, or worst case, you would get arrested and sued.

For gods sake your neighbor had to get a restraining order against them and you're asking what you can do? You can do nothing. Move. My sister had a neighbor like this, she finally moved. She was replaced by a Nassau County cop, guess what the cop moved too.
Sounds more like an order of protection.

I've dealt with two neighbors over the years. One that wanted to park in front of mine so he could do a quick illegal u bop turn to go down the hill. I hooked my travel trailer to the truck and left it in front of his house for a few days. He came over and said he couldn't see around it backing out. That worked out deal #1.

The next was a guy who lived in the cul-de-sac would park his old vet in front of mine because he didn't want to "inconvenience" his neighbors as they had limited parking. So, I parked in front of his. Plus I set my sprinklers for 3 am. He got tired of wiping down the car and returning it to the front of my house. Then he asked me to move my truck.

Parking in front of your own house has always been a rather un-written law.

In the old days it was unspoken neighborly courtesy.
Now nobody gives a flying fork.
It's me me me and too bad for you.

Read the third sentence in post number one. Read it again. One more time.

Now you understand.
