Basic solution is have everyone retake the written and road test. However this time with the examiners being professional driving experts. The main thing as 98% of drivers are scared on the road and this causes a bottleneck effect which results in traffic for no reason. If there is an accident, I can deal with traffic. However 9/10 times there is traffic for long stretches and then all of a sudden it just opens up.

Ah, school buses have a slower speed limit, they stop more often, have to stop at RR crossings and people leave LI to go on vacation.

Iím not talking about summer vacation. Just a school closing because of a holiday, etc.

And Iím referring to traffic on the LIE or NSP
