i wonder if any one has any advice for me....I have the worst neighbor you can imagine. She constantly harrases the entire neighborhood She curses at the children, her own kids are horrible i believe she is on welfare and commiting fraud, her boyfriend is posing as the landlord and their mortgage is being paid by section eight.The cops are always at their house and they do nothing.I love my home and other neighbors.

First, go on Ebay and buy one of those contraptions that disrupts cellphones. Then, turn it one a few times each hour to shut off her service.
Second, buy one of those contraptions that make dogs bark - those silent whistles. Have it sound periodically through the night. If they have doggies, they will go nuts throughout the night.
And above all else, have fun.
