So Nassau county has the handy Land Record Viewer (LRV) website, is there an equivalent to Nassau's LRV that Suffolk county has?

Nassau County has one official website for all properties; in Suffolk County, each Township has their own website and they're all different.
I have found Town of Huntington to be the most comprehensive to date; hopefully the others will follow suit soon.

Town of Smithtown is good also.

Town of Islip used to have theirs online but they changed it so that you can't do an address search (if even that anymore.)

Try this for land records, when you zoom in close enough you can click on individual lots:

ArcGIS Web Application

In Suffolk County, every town has their own look up system so you would have to go to the town's home page, find the property search feature and look it up that way.
