That's good to hear, I remember when it was mostly empty store fronts and wino's. A lot of potential for those looking for a small town feel.
Too bad Rick didn't win, both NY and the country would have been better off without that phony getting a Senatorial parking space.

It has a ways to go, but it has truly begun to turn around. There are some really cozy and upscale kinds of restaurants there.

I used to enjoy the ribs at The Firehouse, matter of fact it was the last thing I ate on LI before officially moving to VA.
