Would anyone care to weigh in on Center Moriches as a town to move to? We are currently in Baldwin, but are looking to downsize to a 55 and over community.

There are also sections of Northport with Northport 11768 addresses that are not within the Incorporated Village, with no Village taxes or services.(ie. South of 25A).

There have been some concerns expressed in Huntington Town, and Northport-East Northport UFSD in particular, about the Town's inability or unwillingness to reach a settlement with LIPA regards the tax certiorari issue and the uncertainties that can give rise to.

I'm predicting that the Town of Brookhaven is about to blow up with 55+ residents. Both as permanent residences and/or seasonal.

55+ year old New Yorkers need to move somewhere, and it doesn't make financial sense for them to do so anywhere west of the Town of Brookhaven. And there are a lot of them. They won't all move to the Carolinas or Florida, and those that move to the later can't handle the tropical summer months.

You may want to consider taking drugs. Get yourself on medication of some sort.

So you think I'm not on anything. You're worse off than I thought. Either that or you recognize my brilliance, in which case, I commend you. You're still a might on the dopey side, but I'll digress just this once.
Nothing wrong with being dopey. The brilliant ones got all the issues.
