Pleading not guilty to a Suffolk Co speeding ticket?

I got pulled over for doing 100 in 55, so the anerrif claimed. Went to court and asked for supporting deposition from inexperienced sheriff and he didn't have it. Judge wouldn't dismiss it and ulitamately had to plead it down to 45 in 35.

That’s crazy. You weren’t even driving in a 35 mph zone.

Suffolk does plea down, the idea that they don't is out of date.

68 in a 45, Suffolk, 2016 plead not guilty. With no prior violations was bumped down to 400 dollar parking ticket and 80 dollar court fees no points. Almost everyone that I saw there was offered a deal.
