Looks like we'll have at least a two month lapse between selling and buying. Plus, I'm in no huge rush since prices are continuing to drop. Anyone know of any nice short-term places to live? Preferably something between Floral Park and Garden City. Thanks!

I think Avalon Pines/Avalon Bay is in the area.They do month to month leases.
