Those are all ok. Just like 96% of all other LI districts. In the real world, there's only like 4 or 5 legitimately "bad" districts on LI.

The problem with Niche is it grades districts on a national level. So yes, Bay Shore is an A rated school compared to the rest of the nation, but is not all that great compared to other Long Island districts. in 2018 only 40% of the students graduated with an Advanced Regents diploma. That's not very good. Commack was 85%. Kings Park is 73% Hauppauge is 78%.

I've been using these as my guide, just copy and paste it to excel and sort by score. I am not sure if the calculation they used in above link is actually any better than just looking at scores, but there should be more factors determining which school is actually better when you are looking at 10 districts with similar scores/results.

Do you guys have other sources? I don't consider websites like niche or greatschools or US News rankings to be reliable at all.
