I am not sure if this link is 100% accurate, but to double check, you can also check each home/street on the tax assessment site of Town of Huntington, to verify a particular home is within the district.
Call or visit the transportation department of the school district. They could probably provide you with a map or the information about the exact border streets.

Glad2behere - I missed your question in my last response. We have not chosen any particular streets. At the moment we have narrowed our search down to two communities. We are looking at the Centerport area (because of better rated schools than Huntington plus the fact it is near the village of Huntington) and Croton on the Hudson in Westchester (which has good schools and a quicker and more scenic commute to Manhattan but a very small village). The only negative with Centerport is the commute time.
Beginning on the north and moving in a clockwise direction, the Harborfields Central School District includes all or part of the Hamlet of Centerport, the Hamlet of Greenlawn, the Hamlet of Huntington Station and the Hamlet of Huntington.
