just wanted to thank kbinspection....
My wife and I have been searching for a house, and all the while I've been geting a lot of good info searching through this site. We recently had an offer accepted so we needed an inspection. I had seen a lot of good posts from kbinspection, who is a home inspector on LI, so I gave him a call. He came out and did a bang-up job. He was knowledgable and thorough, which not only impressed me (I have limited experience so I guess I'm easily impressed) but also the seller's agent who has been doing this a long time. If anyone needs an inspection I would recommend giving him a call or sending him a message.
