No, they can do an actual inspection (they're considered "essential"), as long as no one else is present and they take the proper precautions. Some inspectors will do virtual with the buyers.

Perhaps if you’re a celebrity agent. But not your normal agent. The minimum income needed to buy a house in NYC or LI is $150k, IMO.
