No, they can do an actual inspection (they're considered "essential"), as long as no one else is present and they take the proper precautions. Some inspectors will do virtual with the buyers.
Manhasset always has limited inventory. This will make it worse. I only periodically check on Garden City real estate and there is nothing new on the market right now.
We are looking in the Manhasset Hills area (the higher end range of houses in the New Hyde Park 11040 zip code area). Proper Manhasset with the zip code 11030 is way out of our budget
