Dog friendly parks, even better, parks FOR dogs.
where are there dog runs close to where i live?
I live in an apartment and my dog is cooped up most of the day. I'd like to find a dog walk or a park for him to run. Can you recommend some recreation spots that allow dogs?

How far are you filling to travel?

I live in Lindenhurst and we drive all over to go to dog parks, the best one we have found is in Huntington, they have a large area for running and playing. There are also two in Wantagh.

Closer to you, there is a small dog park in Long Beach, right near one of the beaches. They should all be listed out at this link
