Default Roslyn Heights Townhouses
Does anyone know anything about the townhouses in Roslyn Heights on Carlyle, St. Marks or Orchard? They seem kind of hidden and I was wondering if one of these would be a good investment and what kind of people live in them when compared to the single-family homes. They sell for less and seem like a nice alternative.

I also saw a similar attached home in Mineola.

And thoughts on an attached home vs. a stand-alone home as far as pro/cons?
