Anyone know anything about Timber Ridge in Coram, off pine rd (Brookhaven: for sale, houses)

hi all! My husband and i really like a house in Timber Ridge, in Coram. Does anyone know anytyhing about this development?

I have done several inspections in that development.......I think its nice.

I really like the development, the houses are all from 1996-1999 i think. We are supposed to look at a ranch that is for sale in there. I love the house from the pics i saw

Coram is a hamlet (an unincorporated area) in the central part of the Town of Brookhaven, in the central part of Suffolk County.

Beginning on the north and moving in a clockwise direction, the Hamlet of Coram in the Town of Brookhaven is bordered on the north by Hamlet of Terryville, the Hamlet of Mount Sinai and the Hamlet of Miller Place; on the east by the Hamlet of Middle Island and the Hamlet of Gordon Heights; on the south by the Hamlet of Medford; and, on the west by the Hamlet of Farmingville, the Hamlet of Selden and the Hamlet of Terryville.
