Default Flower Hill/Roslyn neighborhood

Can anyone tell me about the neighborhood mix (white/blue collar and religious diversity) of the Flower Hill section of Roslyn?

Is it similar to East Hills/Roslyn or is it more mixed like Port Washington (which it basically borders)

Thanks again

Default For those who may not be familiar with Flower Hill

The Village of Flower Hill by definition can not be part of the Village of Rosyln (a village can not be part of a separate village). The geographic confusion is because (1) part of the Village of Flower Hill has a "Roslyn, NY 11576" mailing address and (2) the "Roslyn, NY 11576" ZIP Code postal zone (3,496 acres) is more than 9 times as large as the Village of Roslyn (381 acres) and 9 out of every 10 places that has a "Roslyn, NY 11576" mailing address are not in the Village of Roslyn.

For those who may not be familiar with Flower Hill:

Flower Hill is a village (incorporated in 1931) in the north-central part of the Town of North Hempstead, in the northwest part of Nassau County.

Beginning on the north and moving in a clockwise direction, the Village of Flower Hill in the Town of North Hempstead is bordered on the north by the Village of Plandome Manor and the Hamlet of Port Washington; on the east by the Hamlet of Port Washington and the Village of Roslyn; on the south by the Village of Roslyn Estates and the Village of Munsey Park; and, on the west by the Village of Plandome Heights, the Village of Plandome and the Village of Plandome Manor.

Flower Hill is one of those many villages and hamlets on Long Island where none of the places in the community have the village name as part of their mailing address: places in the Village of Flower Hill have a "Roslyn, NY 11576", "Manhasset, NY 11030" and "Port Washington, NY 11050" mailing address.

Default For those who may not be familiar with East Hills

Likewise, the Village of East Hills Flower Hill by definition can not be part of the Village of Roslyn.

For those who may not be familiar with East Hills:

East Hills is a village (incorporated in 1931) partly in the central-east part of the Town of North Hempstead and partly in the northwest part of the Town of Oyster Bay, in the north-central part of Nassau County.

Beginning on the north and moving in a clockwise direction, the Village of East Hills in the Towns of North Hempstead and Oyster Bay is bordered on the north by the Village of Roslyn Harbor in the Town of North Hempstead and the Hamlet of Greenvale in the Towns of North Hempstead and Oyster Bay; on the east by the Village of Brookville and the Village of Old Westbury in the Town of Oyster Bay; on the south by the Hamlet of Roslyn Heights in the Town of North Hempstead; and, on the west by the Hamlet of Roslyn Heights and the Village of Roslyn in the Town of North Hempstead.

East Hills is one of those many villages and hamlets on Long Island where none of the places in the community have the village name in their mailing address: places in the Village of East Hills have a "Roslyn, NY 11576", "Roslyn Heights, NY 11577", "Greenvale, NY 11548" and "Old Westbury, NY 11568" mailing address.
