Default Single Mom Here...Need Advice

Hi! I'm in a situation and I need as much advice, direction as I can get...PLEASE!

I've been in a relationship for 9 years (not married). We have two Daughter's together. Right now were living in his parent's house because his Father is sick and we take care of him. I currently don't work I'm a stay at home mom. My Daughter's are 2 and 11. My problem is, me and my boyfriend are breaking up and I have no where to go! No job, no money....nothing! Just two kids, a dog, a bird and alot of stuff...LOL! I don't have any friends or family I can move in with. So my question is, has anyone been in this situation and what did you do?? I'll take any advice

I am so sorry for you. I honestly have no experience in this matter at all. I have heard of shelters that take in single mothers for periods of time. Perhaps contact a church or religious institution for guidence. Many of them have connections to charities. Also, you may qualify for child support from your ex-boyfriend. Maybe find a lawyer to make sure this happens. You also may need to find a job. Check the help wanted ads (even for some part time work).

Also you may qualify for public assistence (welfare). You can look into that as well.
