Hi I am working in the Bronx's for 6 months at Affinity Health Plan at 2500 Halsey Street, Bronx and stay in a hotel off of Whitestone Expressway. Which train travels to and from these locations.

Your going to have to find a better way than the subway. Going from Queens to the Bronx by subway is pretty difficult. You would be working right near the 6 train, the problem is well getting there. You might have a pretty long walk to the subway depending on where exactly off of WhiteStone expressway you are. You would have to take the 7 train all the way into Times Square which is a long ride and then take the 6 train from Times Square up. You would be going WAAAYY out of your way

Well the Q44 and Qbx1 buses travel between Queens and the Bronx, that would probably be quicker than the subway.

And hot, uncomfortable, and a looooong, sloooow ride with a lot of stop/go, stop/go.

See the MTA TRIP PLANNER web site at following URL - "http://tripplanner.mta.info/MyTrip/ui_web/customplanner/tripplanner.aspx". Enter travel time, starting and ending location and it will provide travel methods and times, bus, train, etc. If this will be a long-term employment situation, I recommend changing your living location to something more convenient and less expensive.

Q44 takes you to westchester square and then take the 6 train from there.
