its goin to be at andy house in sept.. we need to pick dates/time and what to bring or should be chip in and have it cathered? my cousin did a bbq where she had a company come in and do the bbq thing it was good everyone got to enjoy it and not worryin about cooking

How about a poll with dates and times? Folks can vote and you won't have to go through each post to figure out what date/time will work for most folks. Someone make a new thread with a poll or if you want me to do it I will, but I need dates and times. I will make that a sticky.
Then you can decide on a place to meet. Probably a good idea to meet in a public place first and then you all can decide after you meet where to go from there.
