Sorry, they don't break down this particular report that way, but here's some data that you may find interesting. It covers year to date through the end of July:
Closings
Suffolk this year: 4,873
Suffolk last year: 6,494
Nassau this year: 4,559
Nassau last year: 5,912
Gross Volume
Suffolk this year: 2,168,510,600
Suffolk last year: 3,019,073,100
