How much is the average water bill in Nassau county? Is this billed monthly? Annually?

Thanks!

That's not an easy question to answer. There are both public and private providers of water and quite a few throughout the county. Public water tends to be cheaper because some of the costs are part of the tax structure. You really need to define the area to get a better idea about costs.

In Nassau County, town of Hempstead, I paid quarterly and the bill was around $25-$35 a quarter.
Not too expensive.

Doesn't the vast majority of Nassau County have a sewer system instead of cesspools and septic tanks? For example, do you have a cesspool/septic tank in Manhasset?? I thought Suffolk County was the part of LI where there were a lot of cesspools and septic tanks.
