Default Inspection
A couple of people told me I was crazy to hire an inspector off of a message board, but I had always been impressed with KBInspection's answers and the many positive comments others have made about him.

He definitely lived up to the hype. He was extremely thorough and helpful, answering all of our questions. In fact, he was so thorough that the sellers were getting nervous.
