Default Property manager in Medford area!
Hi- we moved off the Island over the summer. Our house has been on the market since March, and we still own it. I know the market has really bottomed up there, but selling at $280 really turns my stomach!
We are considering renting it, but don't know if it's really even feasible.
Since we're in South Carolina we would need a property manager.
If anyone could recommend one I'd really appreciate it.
