What's rediculous is the last buyer paid $26 for the property in January 2008 and lost money...

Michigan has been having a rough time of the real estate market for awhile now, especially in the Detroit area. It's more expensive to buy a car than a house!

My boss and most of my work team live / work in the Dearborn area. The economy has been rough there for awhile.
