East Quogue School District? (Southampton, Hampton Bays: homes, buy, living in)

Does anyone know anything about this SD? Is it fabricated/new? greatschools.net shows an elementary school in "East Quogue," but no middle and high schools. Is this just a new, fancy name for a different district (Hampton Bays, maybe)? I don't recall ever hearing East Quogue as a place-name, all the years I've been here. It's Quogue or it's not Quogue. Now that we're looking at schools, though, I wonder where they are. The homes are clearly less pricey than in Quogue, but I can't tell what middle and high schools the kids go to.

Also, is anyone familiar with this area, located between Quogue and Hampton Bays?

I am living in East Quogue right now! My son goes to East Quogue Elementary school. I believe the older kids go to either Hampton Bays or West Hampton Beach High School like my hubby did! The elementary school is small, but friendly so far. We just moved back home from NC and am staying with my MIL until we buy a house. So I registered my son to the local school and thats it! So far so good!

If you live in East Quogue all students go to Westhampton Beach Junior and High School. All are GREAT schools!!!!

East Quogue is a hamlet (an unincorporated area) in the west section of the Town of Southampton, in the southeast part of Suffolk County.
