Is Mastic/Mastic Beach that bad, home prices so amazingly low??

Every high school on the island has drugs in it, you'd be kidding yourself if you thought otherwise.

Even if you consider Sound Beach the "crap neighborhood" of the north shore, you can't deny that the two districts for that area (Miller Place and Rocky Point) are 10000x better than William Floyd.

You couldnt be more wrong about Sound Beach.

Its not a crap neighborhood... its a little beach Community sandwiched between two solid North Shore towns, Miller Place and Rocky Point.
I wouldnt be at all embarrassed to tell anyone I lived there.
Its an excellent value play with great schools.

Can you say the same for Mastic?...I mean Floyd Harbor.
