looking for resource to sell my West Hempstead house
Hello everyone-
I was wondering if anyone knows of a website or any other things that might list people "in search of homes to buy" or relocation issues that I may list my home on to sell? I have done the MLS and realtor thing and seems that most brokers are not willing to go the extra mile to get my house sold. We have it at good price according to our agent (well below the market value) but she is only advertising it on the internet. We really need to sell it soon as I must move to Florida to take care of my dad. Does anyone know of any types of creative ways for selling a home? I have even put on the internet ad that we are willing to hear all offers but still no bites.
Does anyone have any ideas to help us? the school district is good and our house is in move in condition but we have not had much action at all............Any suggestions will be appreciated.
