If you read their history, the reason they cover their faces w/hoods is because back in their early days, most of the members were atty's, politicians, etc and they had to hide their identity.
Granted, they are cowards but if you're going to say something, at least have the correct information. |

Here I am coming home from PT last Wednesday evening and channel 2 News down the block. I dvr'ed the tv and watched it the next am.... About the leaflets and then Channel 12 news on Thursday morning. The card inserted from the pamphlets gave a Babylon NY address. I read the stuff and threw it away. What ever happened to throw it away. This way they were given alot of free press.It was in Newsday on Thursday morning too with the street names.

Yes, I spoke with in laws about the kkk pamphlets. Apparently, a lot of them are popping up in several towns. It's not local though, it's some out of state wackos trying to find a few friends. |

It is disgusting. I have done everything to raise my son (9) color blind. While I acknowledge that unlike religion which you can not detect when someone enters a room (other than a turban, yamulke or religious medal of some kind) race should not conjure up some preconceived notion. In a day where we can elect the "best person for the job", KKK brochures should be seen as out of style.
