So I'm just gonna ask this because I've seen this thread bumped for years....

I see the very first post was back in 2008, and here 10 years later it's still being talked about with nothing changed.

Is the intent to keep at it in hopes there will inevitably be action?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say its not gonna change.

In my case, yes.

I know many people in the area that get really frustrated with airplane noise but don't do anything about it.

I tried on this forum to find one or more people to start a "movement". So far I didn't.

The port authority in Seattle deleted the words "quality of life" from what the study needed to consider. Unbelievable.

Actually that's the best thing you said. The FAA should definitely start looking into that now if we want electric airplanes in 80 years from now. The FAA takes a lo oolong time and lots of our money for every change.
