Thank you to Rich - Kbinspections!!!
After reading many positive threads about Rich and his company, I was glad to finally need his services for a home inspection.
We spoke early this morning, and I was happy that he was able to "rearrange" his day to accomodate my special request. (As I NEEDED to have the home inspected today)
He met me at the house, and took his time. (all the while, keeping me posted about any findings) He took plenty of photos, and I was most pleased. My attorney and I will be expecting the report tomorrow, and I hope to be in contract by the end of the week.
Had Rich not been able to make it today, we would have definitely been delayed.
Rich - Thanks for the laughs, as well as the findings.
If anyone is looking for a home inspector, definitely give Rich a call...I would use him in the future without any hesitation.
