Happy Holidays
I just wanted to take a moment to wish all of you a Happy Holiday, regardless of which you celebrate.
We have had quite a year here on our forum, discussing issues both large and small. Through it all, we have all remained (for the most part) civil, and the discussions have been substantial. It is encouraging that so many people feel strongly about those things that affect our neighborhoods.
I have had the pleasure of serving the real estate needs of several of you this year and, I have to say, everyone who I have met in person has been a true joy. Additionally, I feel that I have come to know many of you well, even though we have not met and I don't even know your true names.
Here's wishing you all and our little island a happy holiday and a prosperous and healthy new year.

The past year was crazy...having moved from Utah and completing 2 international adoptions. It's no secret that advice from folks on this forum helped out a lot. Thank you for the help...and the entertainment!! Happy holidays!

Happy holidays to all. Thanks to this board I caught up with my best friend from high school who I haven't seen in many, many, years and with andybuildz who I went to high school with. Reminicing about all the old times have made it such a great year. I hope everyone has a great New Year and stay safe.  |

Happy Holidays everyone and a Safe and Healthy New Year..
This New Year brings my family some life changes in that myy husband just retired and we're relocating to a new state.....I'm sure when I doing a little missing I'll be right here to get my fix
of LongGuylander fill.
Whether agreeing or not agreeing, chatting, and sharing I think we have a pretty good group here. It's really nice to know that there are good people out there to help each other out and offer info, and even just an ear (or a keystroke) lol...
Anyways.....Be Safe and Enjoy the holidays and your loved ones....
