Default Nightlife - Dance Places in Long Island?
Can folks tell us their favorite dance places in Long Island? Due to kids/work etc, the Mrs and I haven't gone out dancing in over 8 years. The last time we went was to FightersGroup. We are looking for suggestions with some description of the places (and whether it has a decent restaurant). We live off ShelterRock road (Exit 35 of the LIE). Thanks

Some larger hotels used to have different dance nights, like ballroom nights...Not sure if still true but should look into it. (Like Hilton, Marriot....)

We are in our early 40's and we just like 60s-00s pop dance music. Some slow dances once in awhile.
