Default Bay Shore with West Islip schools?

How does everyone one feel about Bay Shore address and West Islip schools? I know some parts of bay shore can be dodgy... how is this area? There are a couple of nice homes that fall under this category.

If its the area south of Sunrise behind Target/Old Navy the area is good. Most of the "bad" part of Bay Shore is the parts that fall into Brentwood school district. The Bay Shore school district has come a long way. Most of the people who live in Brightwaters are sending their kids to the public schools. And many are graduating and attending 4 year colleges. Food for thought!
