Low taxes , nice houses......does the mix exist in the north?
What towns/hamlets.etc... would you nominate as having low taxes but nice houses.

Yeah, define "Low taxes"...here on LI, low taxes=8 grand a year...before STAR program though, heh heh...

East Northport has quite a few homes with low taxes (around $5-$6K) |
