Uhm..
First of all, maybe because schools would be over crowded. Coming from North Babylon, the hallways are packed as it is. So, too much students i none school is too crowded.
Second of all, if you start combining school districts with school districts, violence will continue to go up.
Third of all, sports teams all ready hate other towns' sports teams, so putting them all together would make a massive problem.
