Default Any "Hall" recommendations for a birthday party on Nassau South Shore ?

Hi..

I'm thinking about renting a Hall (VFW Hall, other halls) for a birthday party for my children. I'm looking for an area where there can be tables for the adults and a decent area for kids to play or a clown/entertainer to come...

I am guessing around 50-75 adults and 15 kids.

I'm not against restaurants either, if they are open to having a large private room where we wont disturb their other customers.

Thanks!
Mark

The Captree Delta Lady would be great. Lots of room. Good rain or shine. And very cool to be on a paddlewheel boat. Docked at Captree State Park, with is about as South Shore as you can get, and only a few minutes from the Nassau/Suffolk line.

Years back we rented a Knights of Columbus hall in Massapequa Park for my Dad's 50th birthday. The party was close to the same size as what you're planning, perhaps a few people more. The hall was the perfect size. We had a DJ and dancing, lots of tables for guests, food & beverages, and parking was sufficient.

It was on the corner of Eastgate Dr & Front St in Massapequa Park, just north of the LIRR and west of the mall.
