Rudolph Guiliani (remember him ?) was the ONLY politicians, locally and in recent memory, to even mention the word, publically some time ago, and you won't find ANYONE else, in local, State or Federal Government, admitting it, will you ? For him it was about losing a voter base, albliet, a voting base, that, at least, LEGALLY, could vote.
Our Homeland Security Chief, won't even mention the "T" word (the word is ("TERRORISM")in front of Congress, and REFUSES to mention the existence of rampant violence, that goes back and forth, along our Mexican border !
As we know, the Local Police have dropped ANY mention of illegal alien status.
In the handful of printed and video news stories on this stabbing, WHERE ARE THE REFERENCES TO THE SUSPECTS CITIZEN STATUS ?
We will find, on Long Island, with our new President's Administration and the minions who carry out his "policy", A COMPLETE, and MAGICAL EVAPORATION of the whole "immigration" issue.
THIS "Don'T ASK, DON'T TELL" policy, on the REALITY of what's going on, is only the beginning.
Who will mention the "S & C" words ?

Yeah you're right, this has absolutely no relevance whatsoever to the discussion at hand. What was the purpose of even posting it?
As far as references to the murderer's citizenship status, from what I've read I would assume he was actually here legally or, heaven forbid, an American citizen. The Newsday article said he earned $400 a week before taxes, so that should be the big giveaway right there. Not that it makes it any less tragic and senseless...although I'm sure all of you geniuses are pissed off that it turned out he wasn't an illegal.

"Sanctuary Cities" is the elephant in the Room, NO ONE wants to speak about. It will be, the "T WORD" of our time.
They exist.
They are, and have been sanctioned as quasi-legal, ILLEGAL, "safe havens" for illegal aliens OF ALL ORIGINS, by local, State and Federal Governement, that are at very ROOT of the Economy.
LOCAL ECONOMIES are predicated on their existence !
ELECTED OFFICIALS are in office because of their existence.
"Sanctuary Cities" have The Power, NO ONE POLITICIAN wants to erase...THE POWER OF THE VOTE !
This VOTING POWER, means MONEY to localities, the States, and The Federal Government, to "peddle" their "dependence" upon Them !

Yeah, it's all a big conspiracy. The secret government is creating "sanctuary cities" for illegals so they can secretly register them to vote and exploit them for economic gain. While I'm not fan of illegal immigration, especially the seriously criminal elements that are here because of it, the biggest criminals we have in this country are the guys who designed these "derivative" thingies that are destroying us..but they are mostly white and wear suits, so we can't go after them. |

Again, no one is suggesting it is anything less than utterly horrible, heinous act. However, to suggest the area is becoming crime ridden because of it and other little observations some may have when the actual crime stats don't back that up is silly. |
