Dear Sir, I agree the Propaganda that Buyers Have $$$$ Hanging Out of Their Pockets is incorrect as the HAND OUTS are going to those who already have a home (better known as the LIARS of the LIAR Loans) that they can't afford but it seems ARE ENTITLED TO KEEP AT THE EXPENSE OF THE REST OF THE TAXPAYERS. Even the venerable Warren Buffett said:
"The people that behaved well are no doubt going to find themselves taking care of the people who didn't behave well."
