Hello, does the town of Islip give a discount to people with disabilities on property taxes?

If you go on the town's website, you will find an application and instructions for STAR reductions for homeowners with disabilities. If the link below doesn't work, just google "Town of Islip", go to "Departments", click on "Assessor" and look for the forms.

P.S. I do believe the deadline was March 1st, but it never hurts to call and ask; the number is on the website.
